Ted Chandler

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Ted offers more than 40 years of C-suite experience, strategic leadership and board service. He serves or has served on the boards of directors of a number of NRV portfolio companies: WealthForge (fintech); Ario (augmented reality); Red’s All Natural (health and wellness); and Ignik (outdoor living).

As a community leader, Ted co-chairs the RVA757 Connects megaregion collaborative and currently serves on the boards of the VCU Massey Cancer Center, Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges, University of Richmond School of Law, and the Richmond Performing Arts Center. Over the course of his career Ted has served over forty corporate, education and community boards.

Prior to co-founding NRV, Ted was Chairman and CEO of a Fortune 500 financial services company. He began his career as an attorney at Williams Mullen, a large Mid-Atlantic law firm, where he specialized in business and securities law.
